With over 55-year experience, Zini Prodotti Alimentari S.p.A. was the first producer of fresh frozen pasta in the world.
The story began in 1956, with a little family business in the heart of Milan.
Since then, Zini Prodotti Alimentari S.p.A. has come to a leading position in most European countries, thanks to the adoption of innovative technology solutions to support the production together with the respect of Italian cooking tradition.
