Order and print out your own e-Ticket
In our online shop we will guide you through your online order. At each step necessary explanations will be given. For each purchased online entrance ticket (e-Ticket) you will get a PDF document, no extra shipping and handling fees are charged. If you order just one online entrance ticket you can download the PDF file right after completing your order. If you order several e-Tickets, we need some additional personal information for each recipient. After completing the order you will receive in any case an email, which will contain a download link to the e-Tickets. Make sure that you print out the confirmation (Step 4) for your records

Use your e-Ticket for Public Transportation
In conjunction with your identity card you may use your Online Entrance Ticket for public transportation. It is valid for travel free of charge to the Trade Fair Center on the day of the fair visit using any means of public transportation within the VRR Rhine-Ruhr Regional Transport Network (2nd class fare on applicable German Railway trains). The redeemed admission ticket is valid for return travel free of charge (2nd class fare on applicable German Railway trains).

What to keep in mind when entering the exhibition
Your Online Entrance Ticket will be checked upon arrival in the entrance area. Our staff will then hand over an admission ticket for the exhibition. Make sure that you bring along your e-Ticket!! For any further information and requests please refer to the information desk at the entrance.
