Strategic Consumption: It’s good to do something good

With increasing consumer awareness in regard to the social and ecological effects of economic activities, there is the necessity for providers to develop and to communicate a serious interest in the welfare of co-workers, customers suppliers as well as the environment as a whole.

Thus for the first time the Trio of Freshness 2010 has a joint motto: Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

The megatrend will be presented, amongst other things, in a large special show in cooperation with renowned partners from the industry
as well as one exclusive trading partner.

Special show: Sustainability & CSR in Hall 13

• Trend-setting: Businesses and trade will show products, which have been sustainably produced.
• Progressive: Product and assortment accompanying topics such as sustainable transport, sustainable packaging and energy efficient
  refrigeration appliances round off the topic.
• Communicative: All-day lectures, interviews, granting of awards and expert talks on different aspects of sustainability will take place on a
  centrally placed stage.
